Level 5 Management Qualification
The Level 5 Management qualification is designed to meet the professional development needs of people wishing to make the next step to management level or current managers looking to increase their skill capability, Including:
- General Managers
- Contract Managers
- Superintendents
- 2ICs
- Golf Operations Managers,
- Agronomists
- Product Sales Reps
The content is made up of 50% business management units with Unitec and 50% Industry specific units with NZSTI (this includes the new land—based environmental management). A key feature of this new programme includes a ‘needs assessment’ carried out face to face by Unitec in your workplace. This process involves a discussion that analyses your current job role and where you would like to move to in the future and then recommends the most appropriate content for you to complete. In other words it is tailored to each individual.
